If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
As much as we’d like to, we can’t always guarantee your happiness with a product. Shijo is a multi- design platform, and every item is made to order. In respect of that, we do not accept returns. However, for manufacturing defaults or shipping damages, we offer replacements.

Can I change, cancel or return my order?
Shijo produces every item once the order is placed, just to offer you a huge variety of designs. Due to the nature of our business, it’s not possible to cancel orders once they have been processed for manufacturing or manufactured or shipped for you. That’s why Shijo does not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

However, you can cancel your order at any time until the order is in pending or confirmed status. Please check your account page to know the order status. Contact us as soon as possible at help@shijo.co.in or raise a support ticket from your account page if you want to cancel the order, with your order number and we’ll cancel it right away. For the canceled order, the refund shall be processed within 5-7 business days back to the bank account/credit card used originally for the purchase of the order. The refunded amount can take up to 10-15 business days to reflect into your account.

How do I exchange or replace a product?
Each product is hand-checked by us to ensure you get the best! But sometimes the item(s), during shipment/processing, could get damaged or there would be an imperfection in them.

If the product you have received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be more than happy to exchange or replace it. Please contact Shijo within 2 days of the delivery of the order. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us.

  • For any exchange or replacement, inquiries must be presented in an email or support ticket.

Please submit your request to help@shijo.co.in or raise a support ticket from your account section.

To be effective, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging and labels. Labels shall not be removed from the product, and all the additional accessories shall be included. 

  • The steps to follow are to send an email to help@shijo.co.in with the subject

Exchange/Replacement indicating the following information:

  1.  Date of order with order number
  2. Reason for the exchange/replacement
  3. Photo of the product(s) to be exchanged/replaced.
  • Please note that after 2 days have passed, we will no longer accept exchanges or replacements.
  • We will only accept exchanges and offer replacement if there is a defect in the quality of goods or if you have received the wrong item(s).

If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, Shijo will not accept a replace or exchange of the item. The prohibition only covers defective or damaged goods.Shijo has the right to decline to replacement. Please note that customers are responsible for the fees involved for returning items unless stated otherwise.

When and where will I get my refund?
In case your refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 5-7 business days back to the bank account/credit card used originally for the purchase of the order. The refunded amount can take up to 10-15 business days to reflect into your account.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
